The tank body adopts Q345 high‑strength carbon steel (5 mm for cylinder, 6 mm for head), manufactured by automatic double‑sided robot welding. Every trailer passes air‑tight pressure test before delivery. V/W‑type fluidized‑bed structure inside the tank realizes fast discharging and low material residue. Fully‑sealed tank keeps powder cargo away from moisture and dust pollution.
